Clayground's browser studio is a free 3D sculpting tool that runs in a web page on phones, tablets and computers, with no install and no account. Like SculptGL it's free and runs in the browser; unlike SculptGL it is actively developed, works with touch, keeps parts on separate layers, and exports GLB, OBJ and print-ready STL.

When SculptGL is still the better pick
SculptGL's dynamic topology lets you push very fine detail into one surface, and it's open source if you want to read or change the code. For quick characters, painting and printing on whatever device is in your hand, the browser studio is friendlier.
Try it
Open the browser studio. Tap Surprise me for a character to start from, or Pro tools to begin with a ball. To build like you would in SculptGL, use Shapes to block out the big forms, then Clay, Smooth and Crease for the detail. When you're done, More → Print (STL) gives you a file for the slicer.
Questions people ask
Is SculptGL discontinued?
Its code is still online, but it hasn't been actively developed for years; its author went on to make Nomad Sculpt.
Can I open my SculptGL models?
Export them as GLB first (for example through Blender), then use Import GLB in the studio. Textures don't come across, and very fine detail may soften.
Do I need an account?
No. Your sculpt saves on your device.
