Website terms

These terms explain use of the Clayground website, gallery and private preview. Meta’s applicable terms also govern the app’s distribution.

Using the site

Use the website responsibly and lawfully. Do not attempt to bypass security, disrupt services, impersonate another artist or use the site to distribute harmful or unlawful content. Clayground is in early access and features may change.

Your artwork remains yours

You retain the rights you hold in the artwork you create. Using Clayground does not automatically give Emotionull ownership of your sculpt. You are responsible for permission to use imported models, references and other third-party material.

The current gallery is a curated display of development captures. The private preview does not create a publication licence. Before community uploads launch, we will present specific display permissions, moderation rules and deletion limitations for approval.

Preview and publishing

The preview is a tool for inspecting a model locally, not a guarantee of geometry validity, authorship or rendering compatibility. An NFT is not automatically a sale, copyright transfer or licence to reproduce artwork.

Live minting is not currently available. Any future public transaction will require a separate explicit approval describing the artwork, recipient, network and irreversible publication effects. Testnet work must be labelled as such.

External services and voluntary support

Links to Meta, social services and payment providers take you to external services. Those services apply their own terms. Any support payment is voluntary and does not purchase an NFT, investment return or promised feature. Do not assume a contribution is tax-deductible.

Availability and questions

We aim to keep the site useful and accessible but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every device. These terms do not exclude rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. For questions, use Contact.

This draft should be reviewed for the operator’s actual legal details and jurisdictions before public release.
