Accounts
You don’t need an account to sculpt, play or browse. Accounts are for adults (18 or older), and sign-in is handled by Privy. See the Privacy policy for what is stored.
Using the site
Use the website responsibly and lawfully. Do not attempt to bypass security, disrupt services, impersonate another artist or use the site to distribute harmful or unlawful content. Clayground is in early access and features may change.
Your artwork remains yours
You retain the rights you hold in the artwork you create. Using Clayground does not automatically give Emotionull ownership of your sculpt. You are responsible for permission to use imported models, references and other third-party material.
The gallery contains artwork artists deliberately submit and the studio approves. Submission grants the limited permission needed to display the title, artist credit and model and to let visitors download it. You may withdraw an entry to stop new gallery access, but downloaded copies cannot be recalled. A private browser preview or private upload alone does not create this publication permission.
Preview and publishing
The Preview page is a tool for inspecting a model locally, not a guarantee of geometry validity, authorship or rendering compatibility. An NFT is not automatically a sale, copyright transfer or licence to reproduce artwork.
Testnet minting happens only when the artist ticks Mint on Monad and presses the publish button, after the site shows the artwork's title and artist name, the receiving wallet, the network (Monad testnet) and that publication to IPFS and the blockchain is permanent. A sculpt goes to the gallery for review only if the artist also ticks Add to gallery. Testnet work is labelled as such.
External services and voluntary support
Links to Meta and social services take you to external services. Those services apply their own terms. Any support you give is voluntary and optional, and nothing on this site needs it. It does not buy an NFT, an investment return or a promised feature.
Availability and questions
We aim to keep the site useful and accessible but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every device. These terms do not exclude rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. For questions, use Contact.
