Use the app’s save management controls to remove individual saves. Back up important projects before clearing app data or uninstalling. Remove any separate GLB, OBJ or other exports in Downloads yourself; they may remain outside the app’s private storage.
Browser studio
The browser studio keeps its autosave, named copies and sculpting streak in your browser only. To remove one project, open My projects and choose Remove. To remove everything, clear this site’s data in your browser settings. Project files you downloaded with Save project stay in your Downloads until you delete them.
Browser preview
Reload or close the Preview page (clayvr.com/mint) to release its selected local file and review fields from memory. Delete any review record you downloaded from your device if you no longer want it. This local preview does not upload artwork. Files you explicitly upload through My stuff → Online remain in cloud storage after you close the page.
Uploaded artwork and private links
Turn off active links in My stuff → Online to block new previews and downloads. To remove a pilot upload from our storage, contact hey@emotionull.art with its title and your account email. Do not send login codes, private keys or signed upload addresses. We verify ownership before removal. Self-service deletion and automatic cleanup are not available yet; turning off a link does not delete the underlying upload or copies visitors already downloaded.
Saved progress, kept projects and references
If you turned these on, you can delete them yourself in My stuff → Online: Delete saved progress removes your game progress for every device at once; kept studio projects can be removed one at a time or all together; references can be deleted one at a time. Nothing on your devices is touched.
Gallery entries
You can withdraw a gallery entry from My stuff → Online. That stops new access to it. Copies people already downloaded cannot be recalled.
Your account, handle and email
There is no Delete account button yet. To have your account, handle and uploads removed, use Contact with the subject “Privacy / data deletion” and the email you signed up with. Do not send passwords, recovery codes or private keys. We may need reasonable identity verification.
Signing out or clearing browser storage ends local login state; it does not by itself delete a provider account or wallet. Public blockchain and IPFS data created by an approved mint cannot be erased through this process.
The weekly email
Use the Unsubscribe link in any weekly email, or reply to it, or write to hey@emotionull.art, and your address is deleted.
Messages you sent us
Use Contact with the subject “Privacy / data deletion” to ask for correspondence to be deleted.
